I am sure though that she can and will energize a lot of women in this country this time.
Twice elected to the US Senate from New York state is no accomplishment?

I suspect the opportunity to make history and a statement on racial equality carried the day. The opportunity to do the same for a competent confident woman will be a powerful motivating factor this time around. If the wingnuts manage to disrupt the process on the other side or make another calculated misstep like the shutdowns, her election barring competition would be assured. In spite of the characteristic stupid noises coming out of the Republicans, the main streamers there are well aware of the perilousness of their position.

No, that was carpetbagging in reverse.

Seriously though she capitalized on Bill Clinton's name and popularity. Would she have won in Arkansas? Probably not.

Hillary 'Rodham' Clinton is a yankee Illinois gal who grew up in the Chicago 'burbs. I suspect she could've given anybody a run for their money in Arkansas but New Yawk is a much nicer place to live.

Strange as it sounds, she was a Republican and a Goldwater gal before Nixon.

One of the reasons Barack Obama beat Hillary in 2008 was that he had better people running his campaign.

Guess who Hillary has been hiring.

Hopefully folks that tell her what she needs to hear rather than what they think she wants to hear.

Bill was not helpful back then - now I count on Chelsea (and the baby).
