Nurse Charged With Felony 'Resisting Arrest'

The blonde and I discussed this sort of thing a long time ago. If she's driving around, particularly at night and somebody starts flashing their lights at her, and even appears to have some sort of flashing cop lights, she will only pull over in a well lit area with plenty of people around. If there is nothing like that around she will dial 911 and request verification that its real cops that are attempting to pull her over. If the cops don't like it, they can take a flying fuck through a rolling donut.

It's not how one reads the law but how one interprets the law and it's intent. Applying judgement within the context of said law is what one would expect from law enforcement. But wait a sec, they are enforcers. Silly me.

As a matter of idle curiosity does anyone know what I>Q level is required to be on the police force? Look at this;

1. he flashed his lights -which lights?
2. She signaled acknowledgement.
3. She did not speed up but continued to a well lit parking lot and stopped.
4. Under the circumstances her reasoning would have been obvious to a forth grader.
5. What was his reason for stopping her in the first place? That was not given.
