Garage Hopping is something stupid. (Well - I did a lot of stupid things when I was 17.) When Herr Dede was in Missoula in order to bring his dead son back home he talked with Diren's fellow students about Garage Hopping. They feared that Herr Dede would be very angry because they encouraged his son to paritcipate in that dangerous nonsense game. Instead he pleased them to promise him to stop with Garage Hopping forever.

Killer gets 70 years, which means at least 20 years (review of a custody). In this case justice has been victorious.

Here's how we stop this shit. Possession of a handgun or ammunition for a handgun (or any other non-long barreled automatic or semi-automatic weapon) is a federal crime. Get caught with one, first offense 3 years, second offense 10 years, third offense, life. And we start with assholes like Cliven Bundy and his "supporters."
Britain virtually outlawed handguns 11 months after the Dunblane shooting in 1996. The British government basically said...we're doing whatever is necessary not to have any more of this shit. The aftermath...US gun homicides are now 40 times the rate in Great Britain.
If you think there's a burglar in or on top of your garage, call the cops. They'll be happy to shoot him, choke the life out of him, or beat him within an inch of his life or blast him with lead shot beanbag rounds until his aorta opens up...and you don't have to worry about the guilt of killing somebody. Unless, of course, the idea of killing somebody within the moronic self-defense and stand-your-ground laws of this country sounds like fun to you...which I suspect it does for most gunners. Just the positive notion of hanging a gun on your hip that you might use on another person makes you a sociopath.

Why do parents in countries around the planet continue to let their children come to America for education, or come here to vacation, or to do business, knowing what a disturbed and dangerous society they are entering? This seems very irresponsible to me.
If in good conscience all stayed away, we would be forced to change our ways or suffer great economic consequences.

The United States are a magic place. Living in the United States it is not easy for you guys to understand this.
You all should contemplate on this philosophical comment at least for one hour!
