Like all the non-law abiders like Kathryn Obryka. Or hundreds of exonerated former jailbirds who succumbed to the interrogation violence of a Jon Burge and other cops just like him. Although perhaps they're the lucky ones, not dead on the faces in the street.

1. Don't place an officer in fear of his life?
2. Don't receive potentially lethal force.
SIMPLE.

Fucking dogshit on a stick.
My brother never placed a cop in fear for his life or exhibited potentially lethal force to any cop. And yet, that didn't stop the Forest Park, IL cops...who already had the reputation for violence and brutality...from beating the spit out of him when he didn't move along fast enough for them. They apparently didn't notice the fact that his MS has caused him to be frail, caused him to weigh under 115 pounds, and caused him to need a cane to keep from falling over. All of which is the primary reason he was unable to move along fast enough for them. But they were pissed he didn't jump high enough when they told him to jump. So nothing was gonna stop them from the fun beating of a defenseless victim.
You're a simple idiot.

So, willful noncompliance with lawful instructions?

No...just a physical handicap. Not that a handicap of any sort or severity matters to a pissed off cop.
You can always depend on Zeke to change his criteria whenever his ass has been handed to him on a plate.

Which you've never done...
So, again, non-compliance, huh?
Cool.

What's willful here is your baiting of Ike, by insisting that his frail brother deserved to get beat up....
It's interesting. I think you and Ike complement each other. You get off on kicking, and Ike feels vindicated and righteous when he is kicked....

Masochist, "Hit, me...please hit me."
Sadist, "NO!"
So Zeke is even a half-assed sadist.
What about you though don? What gets you off, eh? Pomposity maybe? One of the things I enjoy most around this joint is when you and finn get after it with each other. It's like the dueling banjos of pomposity. Don't feel bad though...nobody can out-pomposity finn.

I insisted nothing, I asked if there was willful noncompliance?
That's not actually tied to the infirm...
