Ours seem to have bottomed out at 2.72.

So I'm paying maybe $5 bucks a week less for gas than I was a month or two back, but other stuff, such as groceries, have shot up way more than enough to wipe that out.

I've been keeping a grocery log so I can see what groceries are doing. Other than meat and butter, I'm seeing prices flat over the past couple of months.

I think we took the big 100% price increases on the basic staples (on things like coffee, mayo, TP, etc....) over the past three years. The prices of those big ticket items have gotten ridiculous. We may have to go Arab and quit using TP.....

Here's an idea guys, let's market re-usable toilet paper (TM). Rinse in the toilet like we used to do with diapers and wash.

A healthy diet and exercise significantly reduces TP consumption. I submit this morning's ghost shit as evidence.

I find fiber makes the difference between slinky sinkers and fluffy floaters for me.

It's now down to 202.9 where I usually buy it.

That's down over 30 cents since my last fill up on Dec. 10th.

Time to raise the gas tax and rebuild our infrastructure.

I agree with you totally and this will do wonders for unemployment too. Think the GOP will ever go along? Not with Obama in office.
But SUV and truck sales are on the upswing.

I agree with you on that.

But that doesn't mean I like you.
