Brown earned his result, that's the prevailing view unless you're an apologist for criminal activity due to white guilt.

Ferguson is over as a national concern, meaning it's just OVER.

It may be "dead". (Love that word, dontcha?) It may be "OVER". It's still a gross miscarriage of justice for which the evidence is obvious.

Sadly, in our society now we have no one who speaks for and defends the powerless. One's access to justice of any kind is measured by their material wealth and their willingness to spread it around in the right places.

The FBI report following their interview with McElroy (Witness 40) noted that, over and over again during her testimony, she was believed to have committed perjury and that she was never at the scene of Mike Brown's murder. The prosecutor, McCulloch, was fully aware of this and still allowed McIlroy to take the stand on two separate occasions. McCulloch has admitted that he knew she was lying. This is a felony under Missouri law.

McCulloch should be disbarred and prosecuted.

McIlroy should be prosecuted.

A new grand jury should be convened to investigate Wilson's conduct.

A parallel federal grand jury should be convened to look into potential violations of Mike Brown's civil rights.

A parallel federal investigation should commence to look into a "pattern and practice" of civil rights abuses in St. Louis County, just as has occurred in Albuquerque.

A third federal investigation should proceed looking into RICO violations by the St. Louis County Office of the Prosecutor.

None of this will happen.

And it's a nationwide movement spawned by a false narrative (i.e., that Brown was executed) that ultimately resulted in 2 NYC cops getting murdered. I prefer to have movements I ascribe to to be based in fact and not crowd-sourced rumor.

Funny, there aren't too many citizens benefiting from Brown's death in Ferguson.

Dorian Johnson has a job working for St. Louis city now.

Brown's grandmother went to the quick store and tried to pay for the cigarillos Brown stole. The clerks turned her down, with grace.

McCulloch is busy planning his retirement. The two asst. DAs who bungled, lied, and manipulated their way to the GJ decision are beginning to realize their legal careers are boxed to St. Louis County at this point.

But Zeke predicted all this a year ago.
