When the mentally ill guys go on their rampages, do the language spewers contribute? Absolutely.
That's how mental illness works whether you, or anybody else likes it or not.

Am I to understand that you are indeed saying that Al Sharpton, MSNBC and anybody else who perpetuated the "hands up, don't shoot" meme (including those on this board) contributed to these murders?

You are to understand anything goddam thing you like. There's no reason for me to restate this to fit your fucking agenda. Inflammatory language is intended to inflame, and some members of the culture are more susceptible to it than others. And some of those members are more likely to act impulsively on it...some have better impulse control than others. Some of those with poor impulse control are also the psychotic, who do not have the capacity to discern right from wrong.
Don't try to make it more complicated than it is, finn. If you think I'm wrong and you're an expert on mental illness, as you are on every other fucking thing, just say so...it hasn't ever been that difficult for you in the past.

You want me to establish causation when you have failed to do so. You think you have a "point" when there's no fact behind it. Go fish until you can prove causation that supports your own narrative.

Oh, hell. Did you even bother to click on the link? The story was about Detroit Police Officers - within a department that is often accused of being "too white" - helping out a little girl from a "community of color". You just keep on pushing that narrative, John.
Here's another link you'll probably ignore: http://detroitpal.org/about/

It's a citizen based "Police Action League". Most every town has one. My little town in NW Indiana has 650 residents and a PAL. PAL's have no authority over how police departments manage themselves or how individual cops behave.

Feeling guilty for having supported the "hands up, don't shoot" meme, Ike?

You're right, not all. Just most of them, I guess.

Then there's this one, but I can't find my decoder ring at the moment.
