Well, we can take it you wish this issue would go away. You're so into this 'tough cop' identity that you won't admit that in this case a militaristic, aggressive combat assault entry, with a grenade thrown into a dark room, was OBVIOUSLY CRIMINALLY RECKLESS. Showed depraved disregard for human life.
Such tactics could only, possibly, be justified in the case of a home from which you've already taken fire.
Isn't 'be sure of your target' one of the basic use-of-force principles? How does that square with a grenade into a dark room? And where was anything remotely like justification for deadly force in the first place, in this case?
And don't tell me the device thrown in was 'safe.' Obviously, it was not, if it explodes at a range of zero from a human being.
Of course, maybe these were subhumans. In that case, anything is OK, right?
