Swatch Irony put in a new battery works. I am starting to collect Swatches, the Irony line are metal made as opposed to the plastic line. I may have said that earlier somewhere.

Passed on a Decca Live At Leeds with all the fake documents in the jacket. It was a buck but the vinyl was all scratched to hell.

That NAD Reference 7000 monitor is still at the pawn shop for $129...time to go in and offer $50 it has been there 3 months.
Ooooo, if you go back? Grab it for me Robbin. My vinyl is OK but the cover is trashed.

No problem I will keep an eye out....I will not buy vinyl if it is scratchy.

You know Live At Leeds was the first record I ever played when I left home for the first time....I spun it when I was a freshman in Manchester Hall at Kent State minutes after I moved into my dorm room August 1981.

Todays score: really cheap flavored vodka at the Miramar MCAS mini-mart.....

Pinnacle Peppermint Park Vodka 750 ml x2 for $4.99 each!
Burnett's Pumpkin Spice Vodka 750ml x2 for $2.50 each!

yeah cheap Vodka but I can't leave anything for that price lol.

I still miss those F/A 18 jockeys from MCAS El Toro since they moved to Miramar. I used to go up on the roof of a buddies shop in Laguna Hills and toast 'em with a cold brew as they flew over. Once in a while we would get a wing waggle in response.

Cheers Robbin.

Miramar was Navy when I was stationed there, 1983 through '86. Kinda sad to see it infested with Jarheads, now. I had an apartment in Claremont on Iroquois Avenue, (Buena Vista Gardens) back then. Rode a bicycle to and from work every day, rain or shine. It was in Tecolote Canyon that I was shot in the ass.
