Well who in hell was it that put the HR people in the effing way if it was not THE MAN?
Worked for several firms in my time and frankly I found that most management types down here could not find their arse with both hands.

That you are hard of seeing is not news.
The 'fault' will depend. You can be as smart and full of moxie as they come, but if this guy is the Man, you're still likely to get creamed....

That's your best (failed) try in a while, you even managed to Google most of the spelling.
It doesn't change that you live vicariously through your son AND have personally admitted to being an entitlement hire.
I'm guessing you peeled potatoes in the Philippines, got a theater badge, and never once touched Vietnamese soil. Now, you prance as if you (incorrectly) ever were something.
I find it hilarious.

That may very well be.
Of the guys I grew up with less than 1/3 have ever had a job working for anybody. A couple of them went and got their real estate license which I thought was dumb as hell. They ended up handling all the transactions for a Fortune 500 company and complaining about paying $250,000 in income tax. Another guy borrowed a couple of thousand dollars and started buying and delivering mulch. He now has a dozen men working for him and who knows how much he has in big mulch making machinery and trucks. Another guy started out growing a few tomatoes and now he supplies every grocery chain in the area with squash, cabbage, water melons, tomatoes, okra, you name it.
Several guys have multiple commercial landscaping contracts. One got out of landscaping and opened a day care facility for kids.
And, I could go on.
Nobody says you have to go to work for the man. Matter of fact that is the best way I know of to limit yourself.
I forgot, one guy started an IT company and does contract work for companies who don't have anybody.
And, another guys sells, builds and installs computer systems for small businesses.
Those two might be more in line with what you could have done if you would have.

Heroes of yours, eh Zero? You understand that these real estate schmucks, and thousands of others like them, are the same shyster's who almost succeeded in driving this country into Great Depression II in 2008.

And finn crabs at me for a forum diagnosis. Where'd you get your mental health training, eh Zeke? Dachau?
Those of us who went in, put ourselves in line for going in country. What have you ever put yourself in line for besides a bottle of scotch?

A lot.
I just don't use prior experience to pretend righteousness or expect anything for it.

Just another loser wanting to do what everybody else does and make big bucks.
Good luck in the contest.

Your utter, total ignorance of economics, on top of history, comes as no surprise. Straight outta FOX/EIB. And you're never even slightly embarrassed about the tripe that shows up in your posts hereabouts. An inability to be embarrassed is actually in the diagnostic criteria...but if I go there, finn is sure to start pissing and moaning about it, thus I digress.
