Speaking of that, it's time to head out for another 12.

Have a great evening, Fellas.

It was all about them. It always is. The only thing the government was guilty of, at any point, was trusting a pack of wolves to behave nicely in from of a pile of fresh meat.

Zero takes their side because of kindred spirit. He's projecting.

I hear you.

Another thing that changed from 1978 to 2004 was the closing cost scam. In 1978 my closing costs were $700 on a 25,000 loan. That's a little under 3%.

In 2004 they were almost $5,000 on an $80,000 loan.

That's about 6%.

Tell me that's not a scam.

The Vultures swoop down and get 6% on every real estate deal.

That's a shitload of money.

I'll bet Zero has got himself a piece of that action.

He strikes me as the type.

Indeed. Funny how these followers of the 'survival of the fittest' aspect of Darwinism also twist the 'Golden Rule' to their advantage.
It is fortunate for you that it is not survival of the fittest.

OK. So it's all just bluff and bluster, I might have known.

No matter what the subject it is always what somebody else is doing to you.

Personally, I never got a mortgage loan to build my house. I bought the land. And, when I got that paid off I got a 10 year commercial loan with a balloon payment at the end. Built the house as contractor. And, at the end of the commercial loan I paid it off with a home equity loan. More than one way to skin a cat.

So, you are thinking that there is some data base somewhere that says, Jim, and Joe , and Sally could work if they wanted to.

What I believe is from people I know directly. People I see with regularity. some of them work every day for cash.

But, they put on there best sad face and back brace and go get disability.

I have one friend who really wants to work, but he went blind and can't.

There are a hell of a lot of people in worse shape than the rest of them that work every day.

So, your answer is your worldview is comprised of some anecdotal observations in and around Brown's Summit, N.C.? You're worse off than I thought.
How many of those cash laborers worked on your house, if I may be so bold as to ask?

I think you are right Bob. It is only fair that people like you have their own country. So, we can split between people like you and people who think like me and you can have whichever half you want.

That seems more than fair.
