I don't! I don't! No one is getting my pants off, period.

And I really don't think there is anyone who remotely does.

Of course I could.

But it's lame to have to even try when you KNOW the answer.

That's just manufactured busy work in order to cloud the issue.

1. GOOD SHOOT by doctrine.
2. Grand Jury should perceive that.

If you're angry, attack the doctrine.

Who authored this doctrine? No one is angry here, maybe frustrated that such police action is becoming all too common and accepted or even condoned. Stockton anyone?

Attack the doctrine? Isn't that what's happening on these threads but asked to STFU till the Grand Jury sings. The Grand Juries are rigged and guess by who?

Ah, this I like!

"The Doctrine" has been codified using case law enhanced most recently via a federally supported War on Drugs.

Actually, creep has been going on for decades. For example, the FBI didn't always possess arrest powers. Part of the Secret Service's nearly universal warrantless needs rest in loose ties to counterfeiting currency...

In general, folks are attacking police, not The Doctrine.

Not manufactured, the question is substantive. Certainly outside parties have weighed-in, but I'm wondering if you had in mind someone in an authoritative position, who can actually apply 'angry pressure' to the process.

Zeke doesn't have to rely on his job descripton to make whatever comes spewing out of his festering piehole "right" in his bloated opinion of himself. It's automatic.

It's like preachers, they keep repeating the dogma and refuse to enter into an open discourse. Then wonder why their following is dwindling.

Zeke is just offering an alternate narrative to that force-fed by the Democrats and their compliant media (e.g., MSNBC). There are two sides to every story, and the way it looks his side is probably closer to what actually happened. That really pisses off those of you who went so far out on a limb with charges of a public execution.
