A reason why it stinks (Zeke is the exception). From the linked NY Times report by the OP:
"The account of Officer Wilson’s version of events did not come from the Ferguson Police Department or from officials whose activities are being investigated as part of the civil rights inquiry."

So grand jury testimony is being leaked. Is this deliberate? It is a violation of the law to leak grand jury deliberations and one wonders why this is happening in this case.
