Another interesting thing noted in Dr. Melnick's report...Michael Brown's blood was found on Darren Wilson's gun. How does that happen if Michael Brown was shot in the back while running away? Ok wait...shot in the front while on his knees with his hands up and his head down? (I tried putting my hands up and my head down and it hurts my neck.) OK, whatever. Shot while not on top of Darren Wilson...maybe.
So Darren Wilson chased the mortally wounded Brown, or walked up to the mortally wounded Brown, or wherever Michael Brown was, otherwise got up off his ass, went over to the mortally wounded Michael Brown...and rubbed his gun in Michael Brown's blood. Makes sense to me.
Judy Melnick is in the tank for Al Sharpton.

In the right circumstance, it absolutely is as indicated earlier.
But I never said that's what occurred nor does the evidence.
"GOOD SHOOT."

You're apparently missing the part about the struggle in the police vehicle where Brown allegedly reached for Wilson's gun. If true, it is certainly possible that Brown got his blood on Wilson's gun.

Suddenly hands up don't shoot is looking quite silly.

I'm not exactly the cops' biggest friend but this kneejerk thing to blame them bothers me, as I enjoy living in safe areas.

The entitled have to blame someone and the most obvious target is the guy saying "you can't have anything that you want." On the other side is the occasional officer who became law enforcement merely because kicking his dog wasn't fun, anymore. When they meet, it's ugly.
But there's a lot more of the first than the latter.
Normal folks that knee-jerk distrust cops are either easily threatened with something to hide (which can be useful if necessary) or have nothing to hide but have met one of the poor officers at one point in their lives which has made them threatened (which is bad all around because they act like the first group).
It sucks for everyone involved.

Keep in mind that there are two stages to the altercation.
1) through the car window. The forensic report from the police says two shots were fired in this stage. This was at very close range and is almost certainly when Brown's blood got on Wilson's gun.
2) in the street. Accounts vary as to just how this went, but certainly blood that was already on the gun can shed no light on this.

But you've always ignored requests to tell us what those circumstances are.
It is perfectly possible that in this case, shots that missed were fired at Brown's back. So it's important to understand such circumstances, to know if such fire would have been justified.
