A Yiddish term for a rag, towel, or washclothes. You'll probably hear your Jewish grandmother saying it, "Get that damn shmata you shmuk! "
From the Urban dictionary.

Shmata...any sort of clothes or rags that once were clothes. I've often been called a schmuck...never a shmuk though. The latter looks more Inuit than Yid. Shmuk them walrus sinews, eh?

Back to Dunn.
Unfortunately for him Florida's justice system is pretty darn racist.
As a result, he's going to find himself locked up with a whole lot of black dudes.
Dunn is done.

I get it now--you saw half a chance to work some Yiddish into the conversation, and went for it. Yiddish is always groovy.

I did a late edit. Walrus sinew seemed so much more...ethnic.

Zeke, so you are saying he called the police, waited until they showed up, and turned himself in to them in the parking lot?
THAT is what most sane people would say would be not fleeing the scene.
BAM!

Zeke's response to me was in regard to Darren Wilson, not Dunn.
That being said, I consider them both to be cold blooded murderers, however Wilson will get away with it because he's a cop.

Speaking of "stand your ground" type laws...here's a link to a HuffPo column from a couple of years ago on the Indiana Castle Law regarding individual rights of self-defense from the coppers. Interesting...and at first glance a fairly well-balanced perspective, no?
