I live in the south too (Virginia), but have also lived in Ohio, Tennessee and California and I don't see any real difference in the attractiveness of southern women as opposed to anywhere else in the country. LOT'S of this happens in areas where broad familial lines are still intact.

There are some things that are universally wrong. We can get into an argument over who's opinion reigns supreme over any goddam argument...but in this case...Culture or any convenient cultural social contract doesn't mean jack shit when we're talking about the corporal punishment of children. So lots of it happens and lots of sick familial lines front end loaded with the poisonous pedagogy of the physical abuse of children remain intact. Maybe you believe that's something to be proud of, but I don't.

And in my work...I've seen plenty of devastating outcomes in adults who's lives were wreckage as a result of what you would obviously like to call "spanking". Far as I'm concerned, when a life is wreckage, that life has been "endangered." You might want to argue about the specifics of child endangerment, I don't intend to argue any of that with you. I have my professional definitions of child endangerment and I'm not much interested in arguing those with you or otherwise interested in the perspective I suspect would be coming out of you. Maybe you might surprise me.
