I've spent some time in Israel and think I understand the historical basis for their actions/attitude fairly well. That said, I don't buy the whole "they're our only ally over there and therefore we need to support them through thick and thin" argument that's frequently bandied about. While they may be "ally" of sorts, an ally "who does not give two shits about anyone else" isn't much of any ally in my book.

If we're lucky, we can sell tactical weapons to both sides and erase our deficit.

Israel is a good ally to the US, and if they disarmed would be massa'ceed.

A little OT, during the 1st crusade at least, the Jewish folks prefered the arabs to the crusaders - they treated them better.

Israels balls are the size they are because never again. If you don't know what that means, then there's no sense in trying to explain..
