Deciding legal status of a fetus is an interesting excersize insofar as whether a fetus is a legal person or the property of its host to its best protected advantage, which also examines prenatal parental rights and responsibilities.

I've put considerable thought into this issue and there are just no easy answers that will assure protection of an infant or child.

I remember when getting a CCWP was strictly on a real need basis and the only open carry was either hunters with long guns or the occasional hiker strapped for protection against mountain lions and bear.

This NRA sponsored fear campaign is a clear and present danger of my goddamn right to life, liberty and my pursuit of happiness to not catch a bullet minding my own damn business. That's how I feel about this bullshit he man nonsense of the citizenry running around armed at Wallyworld or the local 7-11.
