Due process, Zeke.
Lovely language, btw. 'Threat was neutralized.' Avoids even thinking so much of the meaning 'human being was killed.'

So what is perceived as a threat by the officer needs to and is being investigated. Or are you saying it's the officer's word and should taken as valid self defense as in the Zimmerman case?

Reprehensible as he was and is, Zimmerman is probably not in prison because he had a story and stuck to it. The fact that it was dark and rainy and no eyewitness accounts to contradict his story was fortuitous for him to say the least.
If he goes to trial Wilson will have a more difficult time I think.
Dicey for Wilson if in fact McCulloch decides to bring charges.

I read that according Zeke, Wilson is an LEO who felt physically threatened by Brown and so shot him till he was down. And that his action is justified because if Brown was a law abiding citizen, it would have never come to a physical altercation with police.

That's my take on it as well. The Martin - Zimmerman incident is something quite different and the onus is on Zimmerman as the instigator.

I think firing a weapon at close range into the skull while the suspect is falling down or raising his hands (after being already shot in the arm and other parts of the body) in a sign of surrender may be grounds for a violation of excessive force laws.
One of the guys in the St Louis newspaper story says Wilson was 4 feet away from Brown when the last shot was fired. Other witnesses are saying Wilson ran up to Brown from 25 feet away as he was firing. More than one witness is saying that Brown turned with his arms raised.
Narrative is the key. I do not think the Ferguson Police Department or Wilson himself has a different story. I think you would have heard it by now. I mean, why would they sit on any exonerating information or explanation? Does not make sense to me.
I am like Zeke: all knowing. But you have to admit one thing: If the Department has something that would make their guy look better, and thus mitigate the situation for everyone, then why would they not release it?

I think Rajoo may have been slightly tongue-in-cheek there.

If it was legal for Wilson to shoot Brown, I don't fault him for not stopping shooting in under one second as either 'hands start to raise' or 'Wilson begins to fall forward.' Reaction to visual stimuli takes time.
But the first 'if' is not to be waved away and dismissed. Brown, it seems, was retreating when shot. Theories of justification that say Wilson nonetheless had a right to liquidate* him may not hold up.

I visited my son over Labor Day weekend and he verified my estimate of "nearly 100%" Said he might throw one every four or five thousands rounds.
He also said most cops can't shoot for shit.

You can't even validate your own, exceedingly weak, prior claim.
Combat accuracy is an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper at fifteen feet, not the bulls eyes you claimed.
Now, you're changing both the narrative AND conditions.
Bottom line?
Still bullshit.
