I noticed that the cop's eyewitness account is still conspicuously absent.

Why the delay on that?

Is he waiting to see what comes out in the autopsy first before he finalizes it?

Contrast the Police Chief of Saint Louis and his response to the so-called Suicide By Police with the Ferguson Police Chief. There is a narrative. The police shot the young man because he came at the policeman with a knife.

The Ferguson Police Department can come out with a narrative that still protects the Miranda rights of the policeman under suspicion. Or is that impossible?

Plus the moment to release the video of Brown robbing the liquor store would have been just before the trial when the jury had already been picked, not six months to a year before the court date, if there is one, starts.

Do you honestly believe the prior hasn't impacted the second?

There are conclusions to be drawn but they -- in no way -- support officer guilt in the former.
