Plus it does not change the fact that Brown was shot fleeing the officer and was unarmed. At least there is some justification for the stop.
They could have release the video without even making a statement as to who is in the store. They do that all the time in efforts to catch robbers.

I agree with you; why no audio or video of the altercation? I would have thought that this is SOP these days with law enforcement.
And if credible evidence is available, why would you don military gear and let a riot happen. That's contrary to maintaining law and order.
