Which is yet another uneducated presumption on the part of someone who has -- presumably -- never actually been involved in such a situation.
If you're looking to blame the officer, ask what (if anything) was in his hands when he exited the vehicle. Then, ask what was in his hands when he was forced back into it.
That's NOT the officer's fault.
