Another eyewitness corroborated parts of the first. The kid was running away when shot a second time, he stopped and raised his hands in surrender and the officer pumped two more rounds into him.

While not good, let's be clear about what occurred: he was choked to death on accident for resisting arrest.

Again, we do not have all the facts but it doesn't actually matter. If you force an officer back into his car, you're getting shot regardless of what may have occurred, before.

The cops don't make the laws either they are just enforcing them and that's there job. They would like to be able to go home after work just like you and be able to go back the next day.
