Seeing the news today and eyewitness reports it appears that this young man was executed for 'walking while black' and being a smartass.

St. Louis/Fergusen needs a good hard look from the DOJ.

Sure the DOJ will be jumping all over this case because a black man is involved. But they have much bigger cases that they are sweeping under the carpet because they are covering for another black man.

If it was in the cruiser? He was killed for attacking a police officer.

I'll reserve judgment on this incident until an investigation is completed. The truth will come out and I see no need to jump to conclusions just for the sake of political argument. Has Al Sharpton made his obligatory appearance?
