This is total BS and cavalier talk about impeaching any President is a threat to our Democracy. It should be done only when a person is guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. Once a President is impeached we will have dented our Democracy wherein it and we may never be the same again. Nixon did us a huge favor by resigning.

Just count how many governments Italy has had since WW II. We do not want to go that way. We do not want to start de facto coups in America. And they would impeach until they got to the person they wanted in office if this became a trend.

Agreed but it's really much ado about nothing. It requires a two thirds vote in the Senate to actually make an impeachment really happen. This is nothing but a publicity stunt designed to rev up the Repub's ignorant base in hopes of winning the Senate in '14. It's a laughable scam designed to separate the tea drenched from their money, nothing more and nothing less.

It is good for our democracy. It reminds a president, of his limits.

The Italian feature is more a result of multi-party/coalition system.

The President is smart enough to know that it's idle talk meant to appease the 'Baggers. It makes him all the more dismissive of the Republicans in the House.

Yep...the curvilicious little Bristol, dancing on the TeeVee during breaks from the custody hearings for Tripp. Lecturing American women on how to be a good mom on Patheos.com.

We could use another party here, I sometime feel that what we have is simply one party with two different names.
