I think Clinton was one of the best Presidents in modern times. Off hand I can't think of any of his policies that I disagreed with. Funny story; I was interviewed as a "man on the street" deal right after the Monica scandal (I was actually in a hardware store). I defended him as best as I could being put on the spot and taken off guard. I think I said something about it being between him and his family, and none of my business.

If you are serious that is too funny.

I hated Clinton.

We are total opposites!

Ha, that is funny! We must be total opposites, because I was serious. The only thing I can say "good" about George W. was that we never got attacked again after 911. It must have been a horrible burden having that happen on his watch.

I suppose so, although Palin seems to draw her hatred from her Pollyanaesqe personality and her so called conservative ideals.

Clinton seemed to draw his from shady deals and lying about his whore mongering ways.

As I said I disliked Clinton but on 911 as I was racing my family up to our country place I said that I wished Bill was president. Although I did not like him he was smart and I felt he was much more competent than Bush to handle an attack..
As it turned out, I think I was right.
We absolutely would never have wound up on Iraq and likely would have had Bin at Torra Bora, or sooner.

Well at least we both like Ray-gun.

Anything else we might agree on?

Bush Sr?

I thought senior was just "OK", but nothing special. I would bet we could agree on Carter. Everyone agrees on him.
