I just think we have bigger fish to fry that worrying about offending the owner of Hobby Lobbys delusional fairytales.

It all just seems so silly to me.

Who cares what they believe, considering all the other silly fairy tales they chose to believe? The Supreme Court decided in Roe v. Wade that viability means "potentially able to live outside the mother's womb, albeit with artificial aid", adding that viability "is usually placed at about seven months (28 weeks) but may occur earlier, even at 24 weeks."

Then he will have more money to invest in the shres of the very companies that produce these device/drugs. Sorry whell but you man Green is a poster boy for hypocrisy.
Hypocrisy my ass. Planned Parenthood refers to RU-486 as "the abortion pill" right on their web site.

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/hea...-abortion-pill

Who cares what the AMA says. Here's what HHS says about them. The HHS is the source of this dispute anyway, since its HHS regs that would have required Hobby Lobby to pay for this stuff.

http://www.womenshealth.gov/publicat...raception.html

Intrauterine device (IUD)
The IUD is a small, T-shaped device placed into the uterus by a doctor within 5 days after having unprotected sex. The IUD works by keeping the sperm from joining the egg or keeping a fertilized egg from attaching to the uterus. Your doctor can remove the IUD after your next period. Or, it can be left in place for up to 10 years to use as your regular birth control method.

Also:

Are emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs) the same thing as the abortion pill?

No. Emergency contraception works before pregnancy begins. It will not work if a woman is already pregnant. Abortion takes place after a fertilized egg has attached to the uterus. The abortion pill (Mifeprex, also called RU-486) makes the uterus force out the egg, ending the pregnancy.

Take your claims of hypocrisy and reclassify them under religious intolerance. It would be far more accurate.

Here's the crux of it, right here. You can't get the outcome you want in this case, so impugn the legitimate religious beliefs of those whose right to practice their religion interferes with your politics. Religious intolerance on display right here, folks.

Thank God we had one intelligent Chief Justice;

"John Marshall, the nation’s greatest chief justice, saw a corporation as “an artificial being, invisible, intangible,” he wrote in 1819. “Being the mere creature of law, it possesses only those properties which the charter of its creation confers upon it, either expressly, or as incidental to its very existence.”

I'm fully tolerant of any and all religions up to the point that the practitioners thereof believe they have the right to impose their silliness on me, my neighbors or fellow citizens. I'm highly skeptical of anybody who wears their religion on their sleeve.
