Looks like this can affect Planed Parent Hood, Privet donations needed.
They will have to seek donations from a shrubbery?

Interesting consequences could be on the horizon indeed.

Perhaps and when looking at it we can see how far the Federal Government has stepped on our rights.

But when it comes to protecting this country from foreign aggression I believe war wins to protect your Inalienable Rights other wise they would be lost.

Oh you can't refuse to pay taxes you get in trouble for that and your right to freedom is taken away.

So if you're against it, the government has to not do it, because of your inalienable rights.

But if it's war and you're for it, you can't refuse to pay taxes, you'll get in trouble.

There's just one thing I'm not clear on--who died and made you God?

Have you already forgotten that it was the same court that ruled in favor of the ACA?

Give me some examples of how your "Inalienable Rights" have been trampled.

Dave

No one can govern a country that way. It just won't work. That is why it has never really been the case that people can refuse to pay taxes because they don't feel like it, regardless of what you, or Scalia, think the constitution says.

Do you think the Founders or any regime since tolerated people simply refusing to pony up?

You have the inalienable right to accept Obama as your president and CIC. For the second time yet.

Yeah but did you hear him today? He sounded like someone toning to have an impeachment action taken against him.
