Cochran is a feckin' gutter rat (as are you BTW) for participating in this farce. I don't "support" either individual. But Cochran ran a moribund campaign and got his ass handed to him in the primary as a result. But to resort to this kind of gutter politics to save his political ass tells me all I need to know about him. And to hear folks on this forum describe what his campaign and his allies did as "outreach" tells me all I need to know about them.

Teabaggers just can't get over the fact that most people think they're reactionary @ssholes. Rush tells them time and time again that they're mainstream and in the majority. Getting mugged by reality is painful.

At this point, I'd rather have a Democrat with some principles - assuming you can find one - than Cochran.

Specifically what do you object to in your example? Looks factual to me, particularly in Mississippi. Your party welcomed the southern racists with open arms in the 60's, own them or cast them out.
Your schoolboy debate tactic of 'I'm rubber, you're glue' won't work here Mike. Grow the hell up.

I don't necessarily disagree that Cochran's a gutter rat. It's just that McDaniels is by far the bigger @sshole by any measure, not to mention that he's a whiner and a sore loser. Cochran ran his runoff campaign in accordance with Mississippi law and won. End of story.

Looks like truth-telling to me. Truth hurts, eh, finding out that your preferred candidate is a feckin' reactionary pig? After your party does the Willie Horton ad and accuses McCain of fathering an illegitimate black child, you have the gall to criticize Dems (or anybody else) for pointing out these facts in a campaign.

Oh kwitcher sniveling. In every state with an open primary system both parties pull this shit all the time. Your persistent convenient outrage is gettin' really old.
