It's a week. I call in every day after five to see if I have to report to duty. I was called in to report this afternoon. Still suffering from the flu and they couldn't get me and my germs out of there fast enough.

Note to self: throwing up in the ladies room of the court house gets one out of jury duty.

I really really would like to serve on a jury, but I would surely get booted.

So when you call in tomorrow, just tell them that you feel sick, and make a retching noise. They might even excuse you from the next day. But I hope you feel better.

The nice thing about being over 70 you don't do juries anymore, once was more than enough.
