I am sure Kerry is talking to Iran every day. The last thing Iran wants is another war with whoever is in control in Iraq. Especially after all the economic sanctions the world has placed against Iraq. There will be cooperation at some point, I'm sure.

Oh for the good old days when Reagan pays Bid Laden to fight the Russians in Afghanistan.
