I understand, but if anyone takes their eyes off the road for one second they are killers?

Driving is a privilege & if that kid doesn't want to take off his makeup, than he doesn't drive...period! WTF, this isn't some civil rights issue.

Gun ownership is a priviledge and if you don't want to fill out the paperwork in triplicate then you won't have the equipment necessary to shoot a Sea Lion pup in the face just for fun...or shoot twenty 6 year olds in the head just for spite. WTF indeed.
