I was relying on factors similar to the one you cited - aiming weapons at law enforcement officers; threatening violence; publishing those threats. Fortunately, no one pulled the trigger. I'm not sure where, but somewhere I have heard the term overwhelming evidence. If I have ever seen such, it is the evidence that you have amassed that the TP embraces the Gasden flag as its symbol.

Overwhelming evidence isn't enough to convince them of climate change, or evolution, or gravity. Wait. They do accept one of those, don't they? Can't remember which one. Did Obama make a statement supporting gravity yet? Maybe not. They might be cool with that one until he does.
