Yes, I stated that the shooters were prone to violence. My basis for making this statement is the following news report from CNN:

Sheriff's deputies delivered the fatal wound that killed a man who, along with his wife, gunned down two police officers and a civilian in Las Vegas on Sunday, a sheriff's department official said Wednesday.

And yes, I am making an assumption that someone who might kill a cop as well as make threats to do so, as well as previously make threats against a state department of motor vehicles, might be someone predisposed to violence.
