Whell - what do you think the significance of the flags and swastikas was? Or are you saying they had no meaning at all?

Congratulations Mike. We oughta fix up a trophy for you using the Calaveras jumping frog as a motif and fill it with lead shot so it won't tip over.
Gawd, you really take the cake when it comes to absurdities taken to new heights or is it lows? Jebus H Christ awmighty.

False equivalence my ass. This is taken right from the SPLC own web site:
Corkins told FBI agents that he used the SPLC website to determine that the Family Research Council was anti-gay, prompting Perkins to reiterate his earlier claim that SPLC had “given a license” to Corkins’ attack because it had named the FRC an ant-gay hate group starting in 2010.
Corkins own words were that he was inspired by SPLC's "Hate Map". That's a far cry from the assertions and assumptions about the Vegas shootings, and the bend-over-backwards effort to tie the shooters to the tea party.

The fact remains that the SPLC does not advocate violence (i.e., Second Amendment remedies). Your argument would result in blaming Son of Sam's dog for his murders.
Your apologist stance for the violent/militaristic excesses of the right makes me think you'd have been real quick to pull on a brown shirt.

And you must certainly have access to professional evaluation showing that these two individuals were psychologically damaged. And what does it take to be prone to violence. One shooting spree, or a history of violent behavior. I assume that you have documentation of this history of violent behavior?

You seem to have an obsessive compulsion to wave that flag pal. How about you pull on your big boy britches and try employing a little logic and intellectual honesty here?

Oh, add this to the photo essay. The title of this jpg file, written by whoever posted it, refers to a 'next American Revolution.'
So we have a gun-fixated movement that wants to fix or end the American Government, laces it's rhetoric with talk of bullets and revolution, and dresses in military uniforms (olde or new), and we have two dead cops and a snake flag. And we're supposed to think that such an outbreak is totally an outlier, in no way related to the broad sentiments of the movement?

Whell, you say there is nothing to link them to the Tea Party. What do you believe the significance of the flags was?
