A good sauce for fried fish, not mine but a local restaurant came up with it years ago.
Equal parts then adjust to taste on the three ingredients. Ketchup Mayo and Brown Mustard like Dijon style. Or a twist is horseradish and yellow mustard mix for the third.
My brother's restaurant just called just brown sauce. But other stores call it their hot sauce as opposed to cocktail (red).
BTW I like onion rings and coleslaw with my fried Cod, get scrod over cod whenever I can.

Enjoy, Florence can't eat fish but she got me a bunch of Cod the other day, Since the Europeans sent their damn draggers to the Grand Banks and everyone got their knickers in a twist over the seal hunt I am amazed there is any Cod to be found.
