That depends entirely on what side of town that HS is located.

Usually I'd agree, but I live in the slum of this particular town and it's still very nice. I looked it up - it's in the top 10 per capita income in the state. I moved in last year. Everyone is, um, nice. So nice it's almost creepy. On the plus side car watching is fun.
I know, it'll make me a rich guy My rent is around $750 a month including water and heat. Not many would call 820 sf and no garage very rich-like. And the killer, I gave up my AR9s

Good God Pete.
And you vote Republican?
You're dumber than I thought.

The Dems already took my used car parts, and the Dem county government here screws people by marking up water that Dem Cleveland already marked up. I'm sure it's to help poor people.
I like the apartment as much as I could like any. If it had a 1 car attached garage I'd be tempted to stay.

Then by all means lets let the Republicans put the free market in charge of your water supply.

The Elk River chemical spill occurred on January 9, 2014 when crude 4-methylcyclohexanemethanol (MCHM) was released from a Freedom Industries facility into the Elk River, a tributary of the Kanawha River, in Charleston in the U.S. state of West Virginia.

Cash for Clunkers. Now only did it scrap a lot of good parts, it also drove up used car prices, so folks could buy new cars.
A spill doesn't excuse the governments' hiking water prices for additional income. That affects the poor disproportionately. And the damage it does to the perception that government looks out for the common man is immense. Unless you're a Cleveland voter, they don't see the connection
Btw I realize the government here isn't necessarily the government anywhere else.

So you are concerned for the poor, and you vote Republican.

You would too if you lived here.
A while back I did a breakdown of Congresspeople by party and the Dems were far richer overall than the GOP. Apparently their talk is more soothing
