Kissing The Ring In Vegas

"Billionaire mogul Sheldon Adelson looks for mainstream Republican who can win in 2016"
http://www.washingtonpost.com/politi...d74_story.html

It's partytime at the cheesy Venetian in Lost Wages. Four Repubs get coffee and get to kiss the ring of the dude who blew $92 million on the 2012 election cycle. My guess is those losers, Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney, won't be invited to the scotch tasting in Sheldon's private hanger.

My favorite Republican quote from past elections;

"I'm not kissing his ring, or any other part of his anatomy."

John Huntsman in regards to Donald trump.

Sheldon wants to hold the Republican National Convention in Las Vegas. What could be more a more honest and forthright setting than that? Slot machines and politicians, yee-haw!

Good although he shouldn't spend much.

Anyone not affiliated with the DNC will win 2016

Oxymoron when referring to politics.

You just go ahead on and keep on doing, 5 below. Your party has lost 5 of the last 6 popular presidential votes. And you needed all the baldfaced fearmongering over 9/11 that Gunner Cheney and Herr Rove could conjure up to win the one in 2004.

The demographics are leaving your people behind. And the more you people insist that it's about something else, the more you're assuring everybody that it's gonna be 6 of the last 7 popular presidential votes you've lost. And then 7 of the last 8.

It's more and more a pluralistic culture 5 below. You're fighting a cultural battle that you've already lost. Even Limbaugh admits it, even though won't pass up the big bucks it would cost him if he actually shut the fuck up about it.

Not, "still", "again". I had him on ignore. Then, he actually said something coherent and semi-sensible the other day, So, I thought; "What the hell.".

We'll see how long it lasts.
