Shit, I live close nough to the Port of Long Beach that shipping containers are dirt cheap and I can weld with the best of 'em. I oughta start me up a business. All I need is a backhoe and I can be a Prepper millionaire punchin' holes in the desert and welding culverts to the top of shipping containers and burying them.

A twofer, I can build 'em and sell the locations to the cannibals when the shit hits the fan... does that make me a conservative?

Oh, you think being 'prepped' staves off the pathos of old age? Come to think of it, that must be the underlying motivation. You're prepping for death, same as the old pharaohs.

Just wait. And while you're still competent, put it in your will that you want to be buried in your bunker. That way you'll get some use out of it.
