If a religious organization did not want any form of contraception in their work plans they didn't have to provide it. With ACA it's being forced upon them and thats the fight. It goes against their beliefs and they should not have to provide it.

As far as I go I don't give a flying rats ass on the abortion debate one way or another.

But I do care about religious freedoms, and I'm not even religious. Is that Hypocritical also.

There's an opt out provision for religious employers.
