You know, I feel sorry for the HR employees at my work. For years they have been doing a good job keeping health care under control by introducing wellness programs addressing smoking and even big brother shit like what in the vending machines. Then they get dumped on by the ACA with 600k in taxes... Where the hell do you hide that, you don't.

Correct me if I'm wrong but we will see this new TAX every year, correct?

Some of the fees / taxes are temporary. Most of them are permanent.
