This is so dumb. The GOP always has some tear jerking, sob story of some company or entrepreneur whose starry-eyed dream is being crushed by the federal government.

IF IT HAS BECOME IMPOSSIBLE TO RUN AN ICECREAM COMPANY BECAUSE OF OBAMACARE, THEN NO ONE WOULD BE DOING IT. But, they are. They will be tomorrow and I'm sure they will be long after Bonnie Doone has gone the way of the Mastodon.

Maybe Bonnie Doone is just run by incompetent dumbasses these days? What? Is society supposed to stop moving forward every time some ham fisted moron of a business manager screws up his business and goes tits up? Are we all supposed to accept the lowest denominator in order to avoid crushing some poor schmucks failed dream?

I had to chuckle about the fact that it was the investment group who bought this company who were the ones who increased the employee count over the threshold of fifty employees. Vulture capitalism? with a twist? Sheesh, these assholes have 15 months to work it out before they would either comply or lay off a small number of employees. Betcha there's something else at work here.
