What makes a democrat change their mind? Wasn't Obama totally against raising the debt ceiling before he ran for President? But let the repubs say no to raising it everyone gets their panties in a wad.

The game sucks, never ends.
But I wonder what kind of fine they had in Massachusetts with Romney's plan?
And like it was said, the Romney plan was fine in a state that wanted it. But you see, not every state wanted it therefor it is wrong. And a fine if you don't like it.

What we have here is a false equivalency.

However, Romney at one time said "I think there are a number of features in the Massachusetts plan that could inform Washington on ways to improve health care for all Americans...The fact that we were able to get people insured without a government option is a model I think they can learn from... No more free riders. Everybody is part of the plan. And that way, we get the costs down."
He said this three years before running against Obama/Romneycare.

From Wikipedia: "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA),[1] commonly called the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or "Obamacare",[2][3] is a United States federal statute signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010."
"On June 28, 2012, the United States Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of most of the ACA in the case National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius."
Now if a group wants to repeal or amend the law, follow procedures. But do not hold this country hostage, which is what the TP backed legislators are doing. And the same people are going to take this country into default. A president can and never will be blackmailed by as he said, "one faction of one party in one chamber."
