I'm not sure what all that bill is about. The special non-citizen driver's licenses are great because now they have absolutely no reason not to take the driving test and pay PL/PD insurance.

I do not see any Latinos sabotaging America in Congress (there may be one from Iowa I saw him on Meet The Press last weekend)...I see a bunch of white guys doing it however. I am all for people wanting to come here....at least they like the United States.

So bring our soldiers home and stick them on the borders, won't have to cost anybody anything more than what we pay now, meanwhile.....

The exact intent of this new law is not fully clear to me. Is it something other than currying favor with Hispanics or does it have any other purpose?

be careful about supporting the Border Industrial Complex......
I bet businesses would like all of the extra customers that would be at the borders....the Starbucks here in town gets many of the Border Patrol guys and gals from the station located in our city.

Offhand I would say it has a lot to do with reducing our overcrowded prison population and not wanting to be forced by the Feds to release felons into neighborhoods.

Drivers licenses= more people on the road with insurance.
The other part is not turning over immigrants to the Feds if they are arrested for minor crimes....sort of the reverse of the Arizona law.

Brown is doing a kick ass job.
