When You Can't Blame Rich Friends (Big Businesses) Blame "Druggie" Unemployed

Seems like its all their fault:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/0...n_3804552.html

Now the Plain Dealer says there may be 3 million unfilled jobs; but the reason is not because the unemployed are on drugs. It is because employers are hiring less and getting the same amount of work done during this recession.

Haven't you learned by now that businessmen are always blameless? They have no control over anything, everything they do is merely a reaction to conditions completely out of their control, foisted upon them by evil employees, environmentalists, unions (even when none are present), the government, aliens from Alpha Centauri, the Illuminati, the voices in their heads or any other you can choose from the endless list of villians the whiney assholes blame their miserable failures and incompetence on.

This is why we must always be careful to not hurt their feelings, lest our meanness forces them to shutdown another facility and find themselves some 3rd world shithole that understands the saintly, moral value of keeping their people on their knees and desperate (In otherwords, a "pro-business atmosphere".).

So, why not hire them any way and see if they can complete the task. I mean, you aren't gonna bring in the heroin addict or the tweeker but the guy smoking pot....... Just might find they are a more reliable and efficient worker. Pot isn't free ya know. Jobs are needed to buy it so chances are the folks are gonna work.

Finding decent workers is a very common problem.

Is it really a common problem? Or are the "job creators" using that as an excuse not to hire people?

That's because the good ones never make it past the HR Dept.

Rob I know it's sad, but still, LOL!!

Ice it suuure is. Here entry level warehouse guys come in through temp agencies, $10 till hired, then about 13-15, 'regular' benefits and time off, we probably go through 5-7 temps before finding a hire.

How long is it between working for $10 bucks an hour and getting full time benefits at $13 an hour? Months?
