I like the entire Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness album. The Single's box set for that album "The Aeroplane Fly's High" is a must have imo.
The reissues of all their albums have a bunch of bonus material (a whole discs worth for each album) that is worth having.

It is a very fine album.....I found it a few days ago....more polished than I thought it would be from reading the reviews....when I saw it was produced in part by Glyn Johns I knew it would be good.

Never been a really huge fan but I remember borrowing that double cd and recording it to cassette in the 90s ....
I found their cd from 2012 Oceana at the military thrift sealed for 25 cents late last year....I gave it to a co-worker and she said it was real mellow...the reason I did not keep it was I thought it might rock a bit too hard for my taste....I will have to go out and buy it.

I have the first 2 OMD albums and find both equally good. The song Jackie Blue from the 2nd album was a pretty big hit, at least around these parts.

Roy Buchanan - Second Album
One of the best of many good guitarists from DC (e.g., Danny Gatton, Nils Lofgren, Link Wray, Jorma Kaukonen ...)
