I see. It's a case of "circus overload".

The problem is as I see it, an advocate for Zippy will confuse the jury with senseless details!

To me it is all part of the HLN network "Trial by TV" crap the justice has degenerated to here.

It seems like you want the media to decide which cases/charges should be brought in the nation's courts. I want no part of that, even if it were to mean someone somewhere walked.

I realize that the majority here view watching Faux News as the equivalent of pulling one's own teeth, but even they, the staunch defenders of that murderous bastard "Zippy", continue to show file photos of Martin whenever he WAS a cute little kid, and "Zippy", now that he's put on an extra 100 lbs, and allowed his photo to be taken with the look of an imbecile on his face.

I would think that this alone would convince most anyone that the circus is in town and the clowns are the ringmaster.

The best I remember, this was a local problem which was pretty much settled, until the DOJ stuck their noses in it, as, IMHO, a blatant attempt to interject not only the various aspects of gun control, but race as well into the public discourse during an election year. And the media, including Faux News, were more than happy to oblige them.

As always, feel free to correct me. But try to do so in a rational manner, inferring that I'm no more than ignorant, coon hunting redneck bastard isn't what I would call correcting the issue, even less a viable argument.

I freely admit, I may well be in error as to what actually happened that night as I was not there. And I hope that justice is served, even if the hang "Zippy" by the balls. Then again, if it is determined that "Zippy" was innocent all along, and was dragged through this disgraceful process of a show trial, I hope he sues everybody and their dog...right down on the line. And wins.

After all, "Zippy" should be afforded justice as well as Trayvon should.

I see that as only fair. Much as I see anyone who gets all bent out of shape and begins to froth at the mouth over this dog and pony show as being played for a fool. Actually, I'm a fool as well, for expending over 15 seconds of my time and energy into this particular discussion.

Well, those few sentences should make me about as popular as the herpes.

Chas

Trayvon what justice did he receive? Unless the parents sue Zip in civil court and win I don't see any justice coming out of this trial. I hope to be wrong but the people should fire the team for the case they presented IMO.

Don't like the news coverage? Don't watch it. There is a dead young man who's only crime was walking while black in the rain with skittles and iced tea. There is nothing similar to Jon Benet Ramsey or OJ Simpson to this case. It is all about SYG laws and the shills for the saturday night special manufacturers and the fear merchants over at the NRA.
That's my two cents.

Thanks fellers.

I stated that I was a fool, along with the reasons for drawing my conclusions, and you've come along and proven that my assessment of my actions were correct.

I would never call you a fool. Or think it either. We would probably agree on a majority of issues. Maybe just not this one.

Personally I think Judge Judy would of been my choice for this trial if it was going to be on TV!!
