OK Ice, I keep seeing you make this mistake and gotta correct you. There is a huge difference between a Kel-Tek 9mm and a Tek 9. One is a full auto machine pistol and one is a semi auto CC pistol.


I'm shocked that Chas has spun this like he has. I mean, one would think that he'd be with Martin as he was just standing his ground to a stalker and potential threat to his life (which turns out to be very true)

If you say Zimmerman pics after wards he was in less of a fight than an MMA bout......

Tek 9's used to be sold in a semiautomatic version. But since they fired from an open bolt damn near anyone with two brain cells and a bastard file could convert one to full auto.

I suppose you have a point, it could be argued that Martin was not only standing his ground, but taking additional real estate while defending himself against a perceived deadly threat. Of course, at that point it could be argued that Zimmerman was also in fear of his life and was simply exercising his right to self defense.

SYG doesn't apply to Zimmerman in this case, since he was lying on the ground getting his head busted.

Another point I've considered bringing up is what about poor Zippy, what about HIS rights?

But I don't think I'll pursue that line of reasoning, for fear of only further inflaming the passions of the current lynch mob.
