China hacked! OMG the USA is suspected!

No big surprise for me to find this out. But imagine it will stir the pot up nicely. Will be a big story around the globe. Make relations with China tricky for awhile. Hard to get them to stop attacking us now with them having us with a hand in it too.

I'd be surprised if we weren't doing it, though I suspect our objectives might be a bit different.

I would like to know what Snowden's real motivation is. To tell the truth nothing I've seen or heard rings true.

Yep, and that's treason. His exposing it, that is. They, and by "they" I mean both parties, are going to get his ass now one way or another. At least, I hope they do.

What gets me is this; The domestic thing may have been a shock to many people, (Not me.). But, who is the bonehead that is genuinely suprised that we spy on other countries? Especially Communist countries.............like China.

Are people really this ignorant?

I beginning to think he was just a few steps ahead of a "Team" sent to get him. I would like to think they were on to him before and he just got away.

Of course we do. However, our leaders have repeatedly said that we don't spy on or hack into computers of Chinese industry (as opposed to their government/industry) as a means to put pressure on China for doing the same to us.

Edward Snowden said "I am not here to hide from justice; I am here to reveal criminality… My intention is to ask the courts and people of Hong Kong to decide my fate."
Really?. I see cowardice and hypocrisy in equal proportions.

I didn't mind him spilling the beans about domestic spying, but revealing our ops towards other countries does make him a traitor.

NSA may have overextended themselves, but calling them criminals is wrong.
