I'm no longer certain that a foreign terrorist would be quick to claim credit for an attack. Moreover, the groups are so loosely structured that a hierarchy to claim credit may not even exist. That said, no one knows what the motives were for the Boston bombing. Interestingly, I did not realize that pressure cooker IEDs were so widely used internationally. For all we know, it could have been an OWS anti-corporate type just as easily as a right wing or international terrorist. The one clear thing is that the talking heads are complete idiots. Of course, my heart goes out to those injured and killed.
